## The Story Behind It

Founded in Jan 2022 by 0xDiamond and Azer

The origins of GemKeeper were born from the desire to solve the problems that DeFi faces, and to create something unique and innovative that would resonate with the emergence of the Oasis Network and its Community. 

We plan to launch within the first half of Q1 2022 and plan to bring much more to the DeFi world.

Who are the Gem Keepers?

In an alternate reality, in the Victorian Era, people were seeking new power sources to advance their technologies, when they discovered a gemstone in one of the deepest mines, this gemstone had enormous powers and was used to power their technologies and advancements. With these new technologies, they were able to understand that there are more than one of those powerful gemstones on earth and they have different powers and characteristics, and the search for the other gems begins!

## The Vision

Gem Keeper has set its mission to gamify and simplify the DeFi industry and make it accessible for all. The ultimate goal is to build a one-stop powerhouse of a platform that is easy to use for anyone who has never come in contact with the crypto world.
