# The GEM MINE (yield farming)

The Gem mine is the place to stake your GLP (GemKeeper Liquidity Provider tokens) to earn BLING rewards. These mines provide incentives to people providing liquidity to GemKeeper as well as to help offset Impermanent Loss risk.

## Gem Mines at Launch

We currently support the following mines, however, more mines can be added and some mines removed based on what best serves the GemKeeper ecosystem:

* Wormhole - USDT/ROSE
* Wormhole - USDT/ Multichain- USDC
* Multichain - BUSD/ROSE
* Multichain - LINK/ROSE
* Multichain - USDC/ROSE
* Multichain - BNB/ROSE

Have these tokens on another chain? You can bridge these tokens to Emerald by following this [guide](/docs/welcome/getting-started/bridging-tokens-to-emerald.md).

## **How to Stake Liquidity**

Once you have provided liquidity to a Liquidity Pool that is available for rewards, then you may earn BLING rewards by staking the GLP token. In order to do this.....

1. First find the Gem Mine you wish to farm, and make the GLP for that pair. We will use BLING-ROSE as and example in this tutorial.
2. If this is your first time staking in this Gem Mine on GemKeeper, you will need an approval from your wallet to begin the process. Click on "**Approve**". This will prompt a transaction to approve our smart contracts handling your GLP tokens for that specific pool.
3. Once that is done, click on the "**Stake**" button
4. You will be shown a modal where you can specify how many of your GLP tokens you wish to stake
5. Once you've decided, clicking "**Confirm**" will then prompt you with the transaction necessary to stake the tokens in our smart contracts.
6. You have now staked your GLP token in the mine and are earning BLING rewards. \
 You can view your farm status in your Portfolio.

## **Liquidity Farm FAQ**

**Will there be any fees for staking/depositing?**\
No, staking here is completely fee for both staking and depositing.

**Are the APRs for real?!**\
Yes, however APR is variable. As more liquidity enter a given liquidity pool the APRs will go down naturally as your share of the pool is diluted. The APRs also accounts for the trading fees, so as trading volume goes up or down, the fees you are collecting will go up or down respectively, influencing the total APR of the pool.

**What will I be earning?**\
By staking your liquidity token in a Gem Mine, you are:\
\
1\. Collecting swapping fees whenever someone swaps between the pair you've provided. The amount of GLP tokens will not increase, but the value they represent will.

\
2\. Earning BLING tokens based on the farm weight\
\
The APR is calculated based on the last day's average of trading fees + the rate of BLING tokens earned for that farm.

**I can't find my pair?**\
There may be a couple of reason why your pair is not showing up:\
1\. Check your wallet is connected, and to the Emerald Mainnet network

\
2\. Your LP contract may still be confirming, you can check on [Emerald Explorer](https://explorer.emerald.oasis.dev/) for the status

\
3\. If your GLP is staked in a farm, it will not show up in the "Liquidity pool" tab on the Liquidity Page
